The exact scope of each project will be based on the quotation, proposal, package or agreement shared with the client.

02. Project Scope

Every project is developed according to the agreed scope of work. Any feature, page, functionality, integration, design requirement or additional work not included in the original scope may be treated as extra work and may involve additional charges.

Clients are encouraged to clearly communicate their requirements before the project begins.

03. Payments & Milestones

Payment terms will be communicated before the project starts. Where milestone-based billing is agreed, each milestone payment becomes due according to the approved project schedule.

IBOX444 Hosting may pause project work, development, delivery or deployment if an agreed payment is overdue.

04. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, documents, credentials, approvals, feedback and other information required to complete the project.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback or unavailable approvals may affect the agreed project timeline.

05. Design & Revision Policy

Revisions are provided according to the project scope or package agreed with the client. Revision requests should be communicated clearly and within the agreed revision period.

Major changes to an already approved design or requirements may be considered additional work.

06. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines depend on the project scope, complexity, client feedback, content availability, third-party services and payment schedule.

IBOX444 Hosting is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by delayed client responses and approvals.

07. SEO & Digital Marketing

SEO, social media marketing and digital marketing results depend on multiple factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, industry, website quality, content, budget and market conditions.

IBOX444 Hosting does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales figure or revenue unless specifically agreed in writing.

08. Domain & Web Hosting

Domain registration, hosting and third-party services may be subject to the policies, pricing, renewal conditions and technical limitations of the respective service providers.

Clients are responsible for timely renewal payments where applicable. IBOX444 Hosting is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

09. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of all agreed project payments, ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for the client will be handled according to the project agreement.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software libraries, licenses or other externally owned materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

10. Website Content & Legality

The client is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, videos, trademarks, documents and other content provided to IBOX444 Hosting can legally be used.

Clients must not request or provide content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or applicable laws.

11. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers, plugins, themes, email services, maps, SMS services or other external platforms.

Availability, pricing, policies and functionality of these services are controlled by their respective providers.

12. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance will be provided according to the selected package or agreed service plan.

Requests outside the included support scope may be charged separately depending on the nature and complexity of the work.

13. Cancellation Due To Client Inactivity

If a client stops responding, does not provide required content or approvals, or does not clear the next milestone payment for an extended period, IBOX444 Hosting may pause or cancel the project.

In such circumstances, payments already received may not be refundable.

14. Communication & Approval

Client approvals and important project communication may be provided through email, WhatsApp or other agreed communication channels.

Once a design, content, feature or milestone has been approved, subsequent changes may be treated as new requirements.

15. Limitation of Liability

IBOX444 Hosting will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data or issues caused by third-party services, client-provided content or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Changes To These Terms

IBOX444 Hosting may update these Terms of Services from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable requirements.
