2. Client Communication & Project Updates

Successful completion of a project requires timely communication and cooperation from both parties. Clients are expected to provide required information, content, images, credentials, approvals, feedback and other materials within a reasonable timeframe.

• Timely approval and feedback should be provided whenever required.
• Required website content, images, documents and other project materials should be supplied by the client.
• Required login credentials or technical information should be provided where applicable.
• Delays caused by the client may affect the project delivery timeline.

3. Milestone & Pending Payments

Depending on the project size and scope, the total project amount may be divided into multiple milestones or payment stages. Each milestone may be linked to a specific stage of design, development, testing, deployment or delivery.

Domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, third-party APIs, advertising platforms and other external services may involve charges from third-party providers.

6. Project Scope & Additional Requirements

Projects are generally developed according to the scope, features and requirements agreed before commencement. Additional features, pages, functionality, revisions or services outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

If the client requests substantial changes after development or design work has already been completed, the additional work may affect both the project cost and delivery timeline.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatically applicable simply because a client changes their mind, delays a project, stops responding, does not provide required information or decides not to continue with the project.

• Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed based on the specific project agreement and circumstances.
• Any approved refund will only apply where IBOX444 Hosting determines that a refund is contractually or commercially applicable.
